Responsibilities:
- Define the direction, strategy, and goals of the company’s products.
- Identify user pain points and requirements, and develop products to address them.
- Create user stories from pain points and requirements, and develop backlogs for the development team.
- Plan product development using Scrum methodology, define backlogs for each sprint, and ensure product development is on track.
- Manage and participate in various team processes, such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Scrum, and Sprint.
- Retrospective, in collaboration with other teams in the organization.
- Continuously develop product user journeys to deliver the best possible user experience.
- Collaborate with various departments in the company, such as Development, Design, Testing, Marketing, and others.
- Find new ways to improve the organization’s processes and make them as efficient as possible.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of product development and related processes.
- UX (User Experience) knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, creativity, and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management skills for both oneself and the team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a forward-thinking mindset that aligns with the company’s culture.
- Willingness to learn new things and enjoy working collaboratively in a team.
